- 2-layer Tuxedo cake w/ custard filling. Topped with chocolate Ganache. Decorated with chocolate hearts and flowers

- Strawberry cupcake w/ Strawberry cream (made with real strawberries)

Tata’s Birthday Cake

Long overdue post of Tata’s birthday cake and Dessert Buffet last November 18.
3-tier cake that looks like a 2-tier cake. Bottom part is actually 2 large chocolate cake on top of each other. Top is Mandarin Orange cake! Had a queen theme going on and made a crown from gum paste.
Dessert buffet:
- Coca Cola Cupcakes with Royal Icing
- Mini Cheesecakes: Oreo, Mango and Cherry
- Sans Rival (ultimate yumminess!!!)
- Cashew Tarts
Also included pictures of the production process. Thanks to my children for all the help! Made cute buntings with crown and star shapes, as well as cupcake wrappers.

Here are the Cake Pops in action. This was for a charity bake sale last week at the local hospital here in NE Calgary.
There’s also Choco-Mallow Cookies, Oatmeal Chocolate Crunch (Revel Bar), and Russian Tea Cookies filled with Hershey Kiss Almond, Rolo and Skor bits!

One of my best. Proud of this cake 
3-tier All-Edible Cake:
- bottom and middle made of Mango Walnut with creame cheese filling
- top layer is pillow-shaped Strawberry cake with cream cheese filling and covered with marshmallow fondant
- all are heavy cake and not chiffon
- gum-paste angel figures, roses, flowers, baby with blanket, banner and pillow trimmings
Also made cookies with sugar frosting for the favours. The kids loved it.
