Maricel and Bong’s wedding cake! Labor of love
3-tier all-edible. With sugar flowers made by yours truly
- bottom is ube chiffon cake w/ ube cream cheese filling
- middle is chocolate amaretto cake w/ chocolate ganache filling
- top tier is mango walnut cake w/ mango cream cheese filling
- White mountain frosting on all tiers.
- adorned with hand-crafted sugar flowers
Favors were ube cupcakes in clear acetate boxes w/ bracelet. Love fortunes were wrapped in chocolate lollipop roses.
